Noodles
- 2 packages yakisoba or ramen noodles
- 1 pound flat iron or flank steak, thinly sliced
- Β½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ΒΌ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned or peeled into ribbons
- 1 cup chopped broccoli florets
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
Make the sauce
