Sesame Garlic Sauce

  • Β½ cup soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Noodles

  • 2 packages yakisoba or ramen noodles
  • 1 pound flat iron or flank steak, thinly sliced
