These Cranberry Turkey Sliders on Hawaiian rolls are an irresistible way to turn Thanksgiving leftovers into a crowd-pleasing meal. Soft, slightly sweet rolls cradle layers of tender turkey, melty Gouda (or your favorite mild cheese), and bright whole-berry cranberry sauce. A buttery rosemary glaze on top adds savory depth and helps the rolls brown beautifully — perfect for casual gatherings, game day, or a quick weeknight dinner.

Turkey Cranberry Sliders
Golden, cheesy, and loaded with flavor, these baked sliders come together in one pan and vanish fast. They’re ideal for using leftover turkey, but you can also make them with deli-sliced turkey. Assembly is simple and the result is a perfect balance of savory turkey, creamy cheese, fruity cranberry, and buttery, herb-scented tops.

Ingredients For Turkey Sliders With Leftover Turkey

1 (12-count) package Hawaiian rolls
3 cups cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
6 slices Gouda cheese (substitute Swiss, Havarti, or Provolone if preferred)
3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon light brown sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Step By Step Instructions

STEP ONE – Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
STEP TWO – Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the entire roll cluster into the prepared dish.

STEP THREE – Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Top with the cooked turkey, then arrange the Gouda slices over the turkey. Spread the cranberry sauce over the cheese, then place the top half of the rolls back in place.

STEP FOUR – In a small bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped rosemary until combined. Brush this glaze evenly over the top of the rolls.
STEP FIVE – Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 8–10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is fully melted.

STEP SIX – Allow the sliders to cool for a few minutes, then slice into individual portions and serve warm.

Storage Instructions
Store any leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2–3 days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave until warmed through; cover loosely with foil if reheating in the oven to prevent the tops from over-browning.
